The practicals will be carried out each week according to the SCHEDULE
Students should be prepared for a short test before each exercise. Both, the test as well as the rules of passing an exercise will be up to a teacher's decision, who will provide all the neceassary information before the classes.
Manuals:
Exercise 1: Chemical analysis, sampling and data analysis
Exercise 2: NMR analysis (remark: before attending the exercise students should put an extra attention to the calculation and re-calculation of concentrations as well as basics of NMR spectroscopy)
Exercise 3: UV-VIS spectroscopy, sample preparation, calibration
Exercise 4: IR and FTIR analyses, sample preparation, calibration (+ charts)
Exercise 5: Raman spectroscopy, sample preparation, calibration (+ charts)
Exercise 6: Rheology and viscometry, sample preparation
Exercise 7: Surface analysis: contact angle and microscopy
Exercise 8: Molecular weight determination, viscometric method
