Recently, a new open access research article has been published in Environmental Science & Technology. This work is the result of collaboration between researchers from various institutions: Wetsus in the Netherlands, National Taiwan University in Taiwan, Yale University in the USA, and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland. The article combines experimental results and theoretical analysis leading to new insights into the physical phenomena occurring in bipolar membranes. Additionally, it provides valuable information for identifying optimal operating conditions for future environmental applications. The paper can be accessed here.
